At Beauty Size, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, we provide a fair return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

• For hygiene reasons, certain items such as sports bras, underwear, and leggings that have been worn cannot be returned.

• Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns.

Process for Returns

2. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please request a refund and place a new order.
